How do I delete my account?

Open the App and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us to request deletion.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Your subscription is managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device and select FOODIE. Premium access stays active until the end of your billing period.

How do I import recipes?

Paste a URL from any recipe website, share a YouTube or Instagram link, or take a photo of a recipe from a book or magazine. The App uses AI to automatically extract all recipe details for you.

How do I reset my password?

FOODIE. uses passwordless sign-in — we send you a one-time code, no password needed. If you signed in with Google or Apple, your authentication is managed by those services.

Why is AI recipe extraction not working?

AI extraction works best with clear recipe pages, well-lit photos, and standard formats. Try a direct URL instead of a screenshot, or ensure your photo is sharp. Contact us if the problem persists.
